Location: Tarrytown, NY (Hybrid – Onsite Tue/Wed/Thu, Remote Mon/Fri)

About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Brand Manager to lead one or more priority consumer healthcare brands within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial marketing organization. This role is responsible for driving brand growth, managing P&L performance, and executing integrated marketing strategies across both traditional and digital channels.
The ideal candidate is a modern, data-driven marketer who can operate in a resource-constrained environment while delivering strong commercial results. This role requires a balance of strategic brand leadership and hands-on execution, with a strong emphasis on digital-first marketing and cross-functional collaboration.
You will work closely with internal teams, agency partners, and sales stakeholders to build brand equity, grow market share, and deliver measurable business outcomes across retail and e-commerce channels.
What You'll Do
- Lead development and execution of annual and long-range brand plans aligned to P&L targets
- Own brand performance including forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning
- Manage advertising, promotional programs, and consumer research initiatives
- Execute and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including:
- Paid Social, SEM, SEO
- Influencer and Organic Social
- Content Creation
- Connected TV, Streaming TV, Programmatic Video & Display
- Analyze market data to identify consumer trends, category insights, and growth opportunities
- Translate insights into actionable brand strategies and marketing plans
- Partner with Sales and Category Management to support retail and e-commerce execution (Amazon, Walmart.com, etc.)
- Develop best-in-class retailer presentation materials and brand storytelling assets
- Manage external agencies, vendors, and internal cross-functional teams to execute brand initiatives
- Monitor competitive activity and identify opportunities for differentiation and growth
- Ensure disciplined timeline, budget, and performance tracking for all brand programs
Must-Have Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years of experience in brand marketing or consumer marketing roles
- Prior experience in CPG, personal care, health & beauty, or consumer healthcare strongly preferred
- Strong experience managing brand P&L, forecasting, and annual planning
- Demonstrated experience executing digital-first marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into insights and action plans
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external agency partners
- Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Strong business acumen with a results-oriented mindset
Nice-to-Have Skills
- MBA or advanced degree in Marketing or Business
- Experience in DTC and/or omnichannel CPG environments
- Experience with Amazon and Walmart.com marketing ecosystems
- Background in consumer healthcare or OTC products
- Experience in high-growth or resource-constrained environments
- Strong understanding of modern digital media ecosystems and analytics tools

Additional Details
- Salary Band: $145,000 – $175,000 + bonus
- Work Schedule: Mon-Fri (Hybrid – Onsite Tue/Wed/Thu, Remote Mon/Fri)
- Work Environment: Tarrytown, NY
- Travel: Up to 10% (North America)
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
