Phone Interviews for the Technical Operator position will be held on August 11-12. Follow-up interviews will be held onsite in Villa Rica, GA on August 14.

Position Description
As a Technical Operator, you will act as the “owner” over a production line. The line consists of varying types of vertical and horizontal packaging equipment. You will be responsible for supporting the line with the inspection and loading of raw materials, monitoring the line for faults, and performing basic troubleshooting to keep the line operational. Mastering each system and subsequently mentoring others in the correct operations of these systems is the goal, which will lead to advancement to Senior Technical Operator and into Supervisory positions down the line.

Position Details
Location: Villa Rica, GA (30 minutes west of Atlanta)
Salary: $16.50-$18/hr. Given you will have 8 hours per week for 50 weeks paid at time and half guaranteed due to the schedule plus any unscheduled OT, this position is a $45K-$50K annual position on the low end.
Shift: 12hr shift 4 days per week; shift goes from 3:30P-3:30A. You will work 4 days out of the 5 every Monday through Friday. You will have the weekends off. The day off during the week rotates so you will have 3-day weekends if your day off is a Friday or a Monday. Overtime is built into this schedule given you will work 48-hours a week with the final 8 hours being paid at time and a half.

Position Requirements
