Description
Position: As an instructor, you will deliver training to both internal and external customers on highly technical and sophisticated products. Training is designed for maintenance engineers that are responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging complex electro-mechanical equipment. Effective training of customers and company engineers directly contributes to increased equipment availability and improved performance across semiconductor manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training courses for customers and/or employees at Company's Training Centers using complex situations for multiple products.
- Utilize performance-based equipment training standards (PBET) using a variety of training methods, including:
- Hands-on using company capital equipment systems
- Classroom lectures
- Online classes
- Mix-media training strategies
- Collaborate with engineering, technical support, and manufacturing to ensure that course material reflects current product features.
- Validate the applicability of course material with the course development team.
- Prepare lesson plans from released engineering and field service documents.
Must-Have Qualifications, Education, and Experience:
- 6+ years of military experience in technical, mechanical, or maintenance fields.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
- Clear, confident communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong service and support skills.
- Effective presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
