Key Responsibilities:
- Plan shift production across multiple lines and manage site performance.
- Remove bottlenecks through root cause analysis and practical corrective actions.
- Review weekly results with senior leaders and lead daily manager huddles.
- Implement continuous improvement projects and train teams on process changes.
- Coach reconditioning leads and managers; maintain operating and safety standards.
Must-Have Skills, Experience, & Education:
- 8+ years of management experience in automotive, lean manufacturing, or equivalent military leadership.
- Experience leading 50+ associates and developing employees.
- Strong communication skills and experience resolving urgent operational problems.
- Valid unrestricted driver's license and clean driving history for the past three years.
- Ability to work variable schedules in a physically active shop environment, walk up to three miles daily, and lift 60 pounds independently.
