Perform installation, maintenance, repair, and customer training for the Meatmaster product line (in-line process X-ray device). Deliver top-tier service and support to ensure equipment uptime and customer satisfaction.
Inspect, install, maintain, and repair analytical instruments (~70% scheduled maintenance, ~30% installs/emergency service)
Train customers on software and equipment use
Provide phone support and troubleshooting
Complete and document service work orders
Partner with sales reps to grow service opportunities
Requirements:
Strong electronics troubleshooting and mechanical skills
Self-driven, independent worker with professional customer service approach
Effective problem solver with strong communication and planning skills
Able to read blueprints/schematics and use hand tools/digital test equipment
Clean driving record (no major violations in 2 years, no DUIs in 5 years)
Experience with X-ray systems, automation controls, or biomedical equipment a plus
