Description
Stamp Operator is responsible to set up machine, make test part, inspect and make any needed adjustments and green tag first good piece. Stamp operator must activate and monitor operations that will stamp part number onto product. Operator will use specifications to accurately stamp parts and verify product quality by inspection and measuring equipment.
Shift: 3rd shift available
$1,000 sign on bonus!
Summary

Operator will use specifications to accurately stamp parts and verify product quality by inspection and measuring equipment.
Essential Job Functions:
- Follow safety and environmental procedures
- Come to work every day, on time as scheduled
- Proficient communication skills
- Accurately read and use quality tools to ensure quality parts. Examine parts to ensure they meet standards and specifications to verify product quality
- Use computer to enter part information/inventory in ERP system
- Load, setup, operate stamping equipment
- Perform basic preventative maintenance and repair and setup to keep stamping press running smoothly and reduce downtime.
- Execute scheduling board
- Ability to use motorized walking stacker
- Follow Lock out Tag Out procedures when applicable
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to use quality inspection equipment
- Proficient and basic math and computer skills
- LOTO certification
