Pay: $33-$36/hr. (based on experience)
Shifts Available:
- 2nd Shift: Mon-Fri | 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: Sun-Thurs | 10:30 PM – 6:00 AM
About the Role
Seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II to support operations at our Mesquite, TX facility. This hands-on role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical and electrical systems to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on production equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
- Support equipment installations and upgrades.
- Assist with operator training and safety practices.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and special projects.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- 3+ years' experience in industrial maintenance, including conveyors, motors, PLCs, water systems, welding, and/or facility upkeep.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and P&IDs
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
