Position Details
Location: Openings in Westland, MI – If candidates are relocatable after two years of learning the ropes. Compensation: $65-$80K base salary + vehicle plan $500/ + Gas+ vehicle insurance, cell phone plan, company credit card and more! Projected 1st year total compensation $80-$90K. You will move into a General Manager role with a pay of $120K+. You will have a say on moving and location.
Shift: This is a day shift role
Travel: Occasional

Position Description
As an Advanced Management Candidate, you will be trained and prepped for Senior Leadership roles. Each assignment prior to the role of General Manager will be hands-on and designed to teach the fundamentals of that particular department, to include four major areas: Customer Service, Affiliate Management, Accounting, and Sales. The Customer Service assignment involves leading a team of Account Managers and Customer Service Representatives who deliver excellent services to customers. The Customer Service Manager role involves hiring, developing, training, and motivating the team; visiting customers to maintain service levels; troubleshooting issues and upselling products; coaching, evaluating, and providing performance feedback to the partners. The Service and Sales assignments will be rolled into one management training experience during a time period spent in the office. These assignments involve managing the Service Center as a whole, managing the sales, office, and production aspects of the office, and overseeing the service department. Daily activities include providing day-to-day leadership and supervision in the achievement of productivity, schedule attainment, quality, and support programs for the service department. Your responsibilities go beyond leading the individuals of your team, and include teaching, coaching, and mentoring your team. The company is always striving to improve upon technical training, skillsets, and cross-functional training across multiple departments. You will foster growth and change across the entire department and facility. You will also work with your team to define and implement improvement projects that will increase productivity and the quality of work. Responsibilities will include:
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the office and subordinate employee's contracts and responsibilities.
• Manage the Service Dispatches and Jobs to completion.
• Manage the Company procedures through company database.
• Manage stock and inventories.

Position Requirements
• Must be a top performer with PROVEN results.
• The ideal fit is a former military officer that served one or two terms (<10yrs).
• Must have an exceptional presence, a strong personality, and you must be likeable and outgoing.
• Ability to work autonomously or on a team in a dynamic, multi-task environment is a must.
• Excellent customer service skills are required.
