Position Details:
• Title: Construction Services Manager
• Location: Reno, NV / Escondido, CA / Sacramento, CA
• Shift: M-F day normal day time hours
• Compensation: $140-180kk/yr base + annual performance bonus and pay increases

• Travel: 3-4 nights a month in a hotel, most travel is in the Southeastern US region

Position Description:
The CS Manager develops new clients and business opportunities while maintaining and building upon current relationships. In addition, the individual will provide overview and counsel on personnel organization, budget preparation, work schedules, and legal and client considerations. They are responsible for department and project staffing as well as encouraging and motivating team members.
Requirements:
• Experience managing an operation with $2.5M+ in revenue.
• Deep knowledge of different market sectors in construction.
• Experience with HCAI and DSA projects is preferred.
• Experience in applied Engineering, Construction Management, or Physical Sciences
• Must have thorough knowledge and experience of the construction industry and management.
• Proficient in the planning, organizing, and delegating of department activities to drive department results.
• Experience staffing, directing, and coordinating multi-disciplinary professional staff.
• Experience in the effective use of scheduling and cost control techniques.
