Position: Human Resources Director
Location: Dallas, TX
Pay: $75-100k

The Human Resources Director is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with Senior Management in supporting HR policies and practices. This position will manage the daily functions of the HR Department in the Dallas office. This includes hiring and interviewing staff, supporting benefit management and enforcing company policies and practices.

Responsibilities:
• Interviews and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants
• Collaborates with Department Managers to understand skills and competencies for job openings
• Processes new employees and conducts New Employee On-Boarding and Orientation
• Reviews job applications for the DFW workforce
• Point of contact for confidential background checks and drug screens
• Attends and participates in employee termination and disciplinary meetings
• Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
• Maintain Database for Field Employee Annual Reviews
• Assist in resolving HR related issues within the Division
• Work with the Corporate HR Team on all things HR
• Provide HR support for Division employees
• Provide support to Corporate during annual Open Enrollment

Requirements:
• A minimum of 3 – 5 years of related experience preferably with trade recruiting background
• Prior experience with employee reviews will be helpful
• Must be local or willing to relocate to Dallas
• Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
