Position: Assistant Operations Manager
Location: Denver, CO

The Assistant Operations Manager will be responsible for all aspects of production in the imaging of paper departments. The Assistant Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the completion of all imaging jobs on time, while assuring quality and accuracy. In addition, the Assistant Operations Manager will occasionally need to help in other areas including Training, Development, Travel, any day-to-day operation positions, assist with computer maintenance, and any other position deemed necessary.

Role, Responsibilities, and Essential Functions include the following, but not limited to:
• Initiate, monitor, and QC all imaging production
• Assist in the training of all imaging positions
• Assist in the tracking of all imaging jobs for billing and/or production
• Substitute for any position in any customer’s jobs process
• Learn to use all software packages custom-built and purchased to be used in production
• Ability to productively use multiple computers simultaneously
• Test, Price, and Setup new customer jobs
• Hire, Discipline, and Terminate all employees in production department
• Run all production, time, and other various reports for production department
• Develop all production training, testing, policies, and procedures
• Work with sales staff in customer service issues
• Work with Accounting in all billing issues
• Assist with all computer and server issues
• Assist the Sr. Ops Manager as directed
• Schedule and manage employees in daily tasks
• Develop good customer relationships and address customer service needs
• Manage purchasing, inventory, maintenance, and other operational functions
• Develop strategies for better workplace efficiency and goal achievement
• Liaise between managers, customers, and employees
• Serve as acting Sr. Ops Manager when they are away

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job-related experience
• Effective oral, written, and interpersonal skills
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Excellent computer skills including software installation, and the ability to effectively use all MS Office products
• Team-member must receive HIPPA training, CJIS (Criminal Justice Information Security) clearance, and Federal Government Security (SF85P) clearance within the first 30 days of employment
