Description
- Responsible for monitoring all outgoing shipping processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments.
- Preparing all shipping documents needed, arranging all carrier and customer pickups.
- Coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Preparing, packaging and labeling products.
- Maintaining accurate inventory/shipping records.
- Working closely with the warehouse and operations teams.
- Verifying shipping labels and achieving appropriate records.
- Assisting customers with pre-and-post shipping needs
- Handling carrier concerns.
- Unloading and accepting deliveries
- Submitting and ensuring payment of carrier claims where applicable.
