Description
The Field Service Technician performs technical field service and troubleshooting on industrial combustion systems. This is a home-based position requiring approximately 30% travel to customer sites to diagnose and resolve electrical, combustion, and equipment-related issues.
The successful candidate will have a strong electrical and/or combustion technology background, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently while traveling. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, accurate documentation, customer service, and adherence to strict technical and performance standards.
Must-Have Skills, Experience, and Education:
- Experience with electrical systems and/or combustion technology
- Strong hands-on technical aptitude
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical equipment issues in the field
