Description
Seeking a Construction Manager to support the delivery of mission-critical construction projects across the United States. You'll work with owners, contractors, engineers, and other project partners to keep projects moving safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

What You'll Do
- Support construction projects from pre-construction through completion and turnover.
- Coordinate with owners, contractors, engineers, architects, suppliers, and project teams.
- Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and overall progress.
- Participate in project meetings and help identify and resolve issues.
- Review and track submittals, RFIs, field documentation, and project deliverables.
- Maintain risk logs and identify potential impacts to schedule, budget, quality, or execution.
- Provide field presence to verify work aligns with drawings, specifications, and owner standards.
- Support constructability, maintainability, commissioning, and compliance efforts.
- Prepare project updates, progress reports, and owner-facing materials.
- Support contract administration, preconstruction planning, and project closeout.
- Use digital and AI-enabled tools to improve organization, reporting, and project execution.
What We're Looking For
Must-Have Skills, Experience, and Education:
- 3+ years of experience in construction, engineering, commissioning, project management, technical operations, or a related field.
- Experience with mechanical, electrical, controls, or technical infrastructure.
- Ability to understand technical drawings, project documentation, construction processes, and field activities.
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Procore or similar construction management software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with onsite and remote teams.
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to HSE/LOTO requirements.
- Willingness to travel 75–100% throughout the U.S.

- Junior Military Officer (JMO) — engineering, logistics, construction, facilities, maintenance, or technical leadership.
- Military Engineer Officer — construction, infrastructure, facilities, project execution, or technical teams.
- Senior NCO — leading maintenance, engineering, construction, facilities, or other technical operations.
- Technical Military Leaders — coordinating personnel, equipment, contractors, projects, or complex operations in high-accountability environments.
Your military experience does not need to have been called "construction management" to translate. Leadership, project coordination, technical problem-solving, planning, documentation, and execution in complex environments are all relevant to this role.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related discipline preferred.
- Or, Two years of hands-on installation, testing, validation, or troubleshooting of mechanical, controls, and/or electrical infrastructure plus three additional years of related experience.
- Equivalent military and technical experience may be considered.
Work Environment
This is a field-based position supporting mission-critical projects throughout the United States. Candidates should be comfortable spending significant time onsite and working in active construction/data center environments.
Travel: 75–100% across the U.S. unless assigned to an extended project. Must be located near a major U.S. airport. Relocation assistance is available for extended assignments.
