Position Details:
Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Jefferson, WI
Shift: Schedule 1: 12 days on, 2 days off (work every other weekend), Openings on 2nd (2pm-10pm) or 3rd (10pm-6am). (overtime pay on weekends worked), Schedule 2: 3 days one week, 4 days the next (weekends included), Openings on 6am-6pm shift or 6pm-6am shift.
Travel: none
Compensation: $30.51/hr. start with a progression to $35.95/hr.

Position Description:
Maintain Automated Industrial Equipment in a high-speed canning facility.
Make minor repairs on general plant machinery such as fans, blowers, conveyors, belts, mechanical and screw conveyors.
Work with the Engineering Department on new installations and machine improvements.
Work with the Production Team to improve the efficiency of the machines and processes.
Apply basic electrical and electronic principals in the installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of plant systems.
Utilization of computerized maintenance software and programs to maximize efficiency and data collection/analysis.
Requirements:
High School diploma or GED.
1+ year of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, technical, warehouse, industrial, military, or related environment OR a 2-year technical degree completed.
