Description
As a Boiler Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining boiler systems that support manufacturing operations at a large food production facility. This role reports to a Maintenance Supervisor and works independently or as part of the Facilities/Utilities team to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous plant operations.
Responsibilities include operating boilers, performing preventive maintenance, reading and interpreting blueprints and manuals, maintaining records and inventories, and keeping work areas clean and organized. The Boiler Operator may also be required to work any shift to provide coverage for utilities or boiler operator absences.

- High Pressure Boiler Operator 3rd Class License (required)
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and manuals
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
Nice-to-Have Skills, Experience, and Education
- Prior experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Experience performing preventive maintenance on machinery
- Facilities or utilities maintenance experience
