Position Title: Project Engineer
Locations: San Francisco Bay Area
Project Engineers are responsible for acquiring and managing CEI projects in line with CEI's goals, financial parameters, and within the project's timeline and specification with the purpose of optimizing revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. PE's are responsible for developing the project execution plan, along with continuously managing and reviewing progress to Goals and Project Plans. Part of this role is the ability to identify gaps to plans and initiate recovery action plans.

? Estimating: for ordering materials and change orders
? Expediting: obtaining and channeling information
? Document Management: Change Orders, RFI’s, Submittals, Transmittals
? Ordering: equipment & materials
? Attend meetings as necessary
? Ensure that all linemen in the field have all the information and materials they need to construct a quality project for the customer.
? Establish and maintain good working relationships with the Owner, Utility, general contractor, subcontractors, and all vendors.
? Communicating with the general public about work activities and clearances.
? Pre-field visits to work locations to coordinate construction
? Coordination of work order scheduling and routing
? Accomplished background of military leadership and success in roles of increasing responsibility.
? Creativity, independent judgment, and problem-solving skills to determine best method to accomplish desired results.

Compensation and Benefits: Base salary is competitive and dependent on your experience, background, and your interview (First year total compensation will be approx. $90,000+). The company provides a comprehensive and industry leading benefits package, which includes a variety of medical options, most of which are predominantly paid by CEI. In addition, they offer a wellness program, 401(k) with company match, tuition reimbursement, corporate discounts, and a variety of bonuses. You will have 14 paid holidays per year and between two and four weeks of vacation depending on the length of your tenure.
