Compensation: $48K – $60K Base, plus OT
Shift Work: This is a day-shift position.

Position Description:
As a Building Operating Engineer, you will play important roles in the operation, maintenance, and management of sophisticated, state-of-the-art building systems, processes, special projects, building renovation, tenant relations, budgetary planning, and team building. Specific duties will include:
• Professionally respond to tenant requests and the public.
• Effectively and efficiently operate and maintain all HVAC and Mechanical, Electrical, Life Safety and Plumbing equipment.
• Serve as a Systems Operator and to perform and supervise maintenance work.
• Learn and implement skill sets, develop knowledge, and apply procedures to maintain eligibility for promotion to positions requiring greater responsibility, authority, and understanding of systems, procedure, and policy.

Position Requirements
• Electrical and mechanical technicians with excellent customer service skills.
• 2+ years of experience in commercial HVAC or related field.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic, initiative, attention to detail, drive for excellence, and excellent communication skills.
• Possess good computer skills, strong time management skills, problem solving skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
