Position Details:
Title: Commercial Plumbing Superintendent
Location: Charleston, SC
Shift: M-F, 7a-4 or 5pm – off shift as required per job.
Compensation: $65K-$85K
Benefits: Competitive salary with performance bonus opportunities. Health benefits available after 90 days of employment. Company vehicle provided.

Position Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual with 7+ years of commercial plumbing experience to managing large-scale commercial projects.
Responsibilities:
Oversee plumbing project management from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Conduct construction estimating and cost control to optimize project profitability.
Utilize tools like Bluebeam and HeavyBid for project planning and documentation.
Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
Ensure effective communication with team members and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor construction sites for compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Report to the Project Manager
Run day-to-day operations at specific job sites.

Requirements:
Ideally 7+ Years of Plumbing Estimating / Project Management Experience, but flexible: A strong foundation in plumbing estimating and project management is essential
Diverse Project Portfolio: Experience with a range of project types, including Commercial, Industrial, and Residential to demonstrate adaptability
Estimation Expertise: Proficiency in estimating plumbing project costs, crafting cost estimates, reviewing plans and specifications, researching materials, reading blueprints, evaluating bids, and preparing proposals
Effective Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for seamless collaboration
Code and Specification Knowledge: Familiarity with plumbing codes and project specifications
Organizational Skills: Maintaining well-organized records of completed estimates
