Description

As a MARC Technician, you will monitor site conditions, triage incoming alarms, and respond to operational incidents in a 24/7/365 environment. You will assist in incident investigations, support multiple projects, and contribute to continuous improvement in facility operations.

This role is a natural fit for Navy veterans or other service members with hands-on experience in high-pressure, mission-critical technical environments.

What You'll Do:

  • Monitor facility systems and respond to alarms and incident alerts.
  • Assist in strategic direction for operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support incident management, root cause analysis, and corrective action.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team technical skills.
  • Manage multiple projects, resources, and priorities under high-pressure situations.
  • Provide proactive and reactive support to operational teams.
  • Create reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Assist with building management system (BMS) training, mechanical plant management, and performance trend analysis.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal teams, vendors, and customers.

Must-Have Skills, Experience, and Education:

  • High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in facility operations, data centers, or mission-critical environments preferred.
  • Experience in incident response, troubleshooting, and problem-solving in technical environments.
  • Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts within a 24/7/365 coverage strategy.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering documentation and electrical diagrams.
  • Multilingual skills a plus.

Work Environment:

  • Fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
  • 12-hour shifts: 7am–7pm, Mon-Wed, every other Sunday.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
