Description
The Inside Parts Specialist supports customers, technicians, and service partners by identifying, sourcing, and managing parts for automated pump stations and control systems. This role provides pricing and sales quotes, purchases materials, processes warranty returns, and maintains accurate pricing and product data within the company’s ERP system. The Parts Specialist works closely with internal technicians, independent service partners, and facility operators to ensure timely and accurate parts support. Responsibilities also include inventory management, shipping and receiving, warehouse operations, and maintaining appropriate inventory levels while contributing to a collaborative, customer-focused team environment.
Must-Have Skills, Experience, and Education:
• 3–5 years of experience in sourcing and parts purchasing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent relevant work experience
