Description
The Mechanic is responsible for performing mechanical work on equipment supporting compressor, pipeline, storage, gathering, fractionation, and gas processing facilities. This role includes troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and installation of a variety of fixed and rotating equipment used in energy infrastructure operations.
The position supports safe and reliable facility operations while maintaining compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
Must-Have Skills, Experience, and Education
• High school diploma or GED
• Experience using hand tools and power tools applicable to mechanical maintenance
• Experience servicing, maintaining, and repairing industrial equipment
• Ability to read and interpret repair orders, diagrams, gauges, manuals, and technical documents
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work safely in industrial environments and respond to emergency situations
• Experience using hand tools and power tools applicable to mechanical maintenance
• Experience servicing, maintaining, and repairing industrial equipment

Requirements
• Perform mechanical maintenance on engines, compressors, pumps, generators, turbines, valves, and related equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair structural, mechanical, electrical, and well equipment
• Conduct equipment performance analysis and emissions testing
• Maintain maintenance logs, inspection reports, oil analysis reports, and service records
• Order and secure parts and supplies as needed
• Ensure maintenance is completed on company vehicles
• Support DOT-covered functions including maintenance and emergency response activities
• Work in confined spaces and outdoor industrial environments
• Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times
