The Valve Repair Field Supervisor is responsible for supervising technicians and overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial valves across various job sites. The position involves both field and shop work, along with managing teams, coordinating projects, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
Must-Have Skills, Experience, and Education

• 5+ years of experience working with valves and actuators
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of various valve types and applications
• Experience working in both field and shop environments
• Previous experience leading jobs or supervising teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Supervise and lead valve technicians in field and shop environments
• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair various types of valves including control, safety, gate, globe, and ball valves
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of valve systems
• Conduct testing and calibration to ensure valves meet industry standards
• Use precision tools and instruments to measure and adjust valve performance
• Maintain accurate documentation of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities
• Generate reports with findings, recommendations, and actions taken
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and team members on valve-related projects
• Communicate with clients to understand requirements and provide technical support
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations
• Adapt to flexible schedules and changing work demands
• Enforce company policies and supervise team performance
