Description
• Install, service, and maintain furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, mini-splits, and ventilation systems.
• Diagnose HVAC, mechanical, and electrical issues efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety standards, and company guidelines.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in a clean and professional condition.
• Deliver excellent customer service to residential and commercial clients.
• Support, mentor, and guide helpers or apprentices as needed.
Must-Have Skills, Experience, and Education:
• 2+ years of HVAC installation or service experience preferred (will train motivated veterans or mechanically inclined candidates).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic ability.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Personal hand tools (company provides power tools and specialty equipment).
