Description
Responsibilities Include:
- Identifying components needed for automated pumping systems, including electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical parts.
- Providing pricing and sales quotes for both internal and external customers.
- Purchasing materials.
- Offering parts information and support to company technicians, independent service partners, and facility operators.
- Sourcing parts for various pumping systems as required.
- Processing warranty returns.
- Maintaining pricing, product data, and other information within the company’s ERP system.
- Performing all warehouse duties, including but not limited to shipping and receiving.
- Maintaining inventory levels.
- Performing other duties or assignments as directed.
Must-Have Skills, Experience, and Education
- 3–5 years’ experience in sourcing and parts purchasing (required).
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills, Experience, and Education
- Direct industry-related experience such as contractor, technician, technical sales, or pump sales (preferred).
- Technical knowledge of pumps, electric motors, controls, water valves, or instrumentation (strong plus).
- Experience in operations, accounting, or sales related to equipment parts.
