Position: Vice President Manufacturing
Position Description: The Vice President, Manufacturing is responsible for leading all aspects of the Manufacturing activities including company strategy, day to day operations, from development through commercial production. This role will be responsible for the operational success of the company's envelope and box converting products by setting overall direction, ensuring that timelines are met, and resources are effectively managed.

Salary: $200k-$225k plus a 40% bonus
10+ years’ operational and/or manufacturing leadership experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Business or similar, relevant filed or a combination of education and relevant experience.
Strong communication skills – open, honest verbal and written communications.
Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated business acumen and the ability to understand business strategy and goals
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.
Ability to work varied hours/days as the business dictates. Must be willing and able to work in excess of 40 hours per week.
Ability to handle stress related to demands of internal and external customers.
Oversee manufacturing operations to ensure production efficiency, quality, customer satisfaction and the cost-effective management of resources.
Responsible for day-to-day management of the business to achieve the budgeted operating profit and working capital targets.
Work closely with the senior leadership team to develop, implement, and communicate the operations strategy.
Identify, recommend, and implement processes, technologies, and systems to continuously improve product and service quality as well as operational effectiveness and efficiency.
Develop and implement proactive strategies for manufacturing assembly, designing process flow and implementing control systems. Focus on improvements first, then leading innovation and new strategies.
Develop and implement an ongoing three-year plan in line with the company objectives and to promote revenue, profitability, and growth.
Develop performance reports and metrics to be regularly distributed to leadership.
Oversee all aspects of the sites pertaining to waste minimization, yield maximization, labor utilization, and optimization of the business through effective planning.
Develop comprehensive operating plans and budget requirements that contribute to the achievement of the business and financial goals each year.
Develop and maintain clear dashboards that provides clear insight on operational performance and signals of high-risk issues proactively.
Implement safety programs in line with company values and policies.
Provide leadership and vision to ensure that development and operational goals are achieved
Attract and recruit the brightest, best technical talent. Manage and lead the team to achieve their maximum potential.
Develop and lead a culture of learning, respect and employee growth. Establish the division's strategic vision and mentor the manufacturing ops team towards goal achievement.
Lead by creating a positive environment of open communication and staff development.
Provide continuous and timely performance feedback to direct reports, including coaching on performance management and professional advancement.
