This is a high-impact role — you’ll work directly with company leadership and the Division Manager, taking ownership of projects and helping drive execution across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage multiple commercial drywall projects from award through closeout
- Review drawings, specifications, and scope of work to ensure full understanding of project requirements
- Coordinate with general contractors, superintendents, foremen, and field teams
- Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
- Develop and maintain project schedules, manpower plans, and job progress
- Track materials, timelines, and field execution
- Conduct jobsite visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety
- Support budgeting, cost tracking, and job profitability
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
What We’re Looking For (Priority)
- Experience managing commercial construction projects (drywall/interiors strongly preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Strong communication and coordination skills across field and office
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Additional Experience That Helps
- Background in drywall, metal framing, or acoustic ceilings
- Experience with estimating or takeoffs
- Familiarity with construction software (Procore, OST, QuickBid, or similar)
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: ~$70,000 – $90,000 (depending on experience)
