What You’ll Be Doing
  • Manage multiple commercial drywall projects from award through closeout
  • Review drawings, specifications, and scope of work to ensure full understanding of project requirements
  • Coordinate with general contractors, superintendents, foremen, and field teams
  • Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, manpower plans, and job progress
  • Track materials, timelines, and field execution
  • Conduct jobsite visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety
  • Support budgeting, cost tracking, and job profitability
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
 
What We’re Looking For (Priority)
  • Experience managing commercial construction projects (drywall/interiors strongly preferred)
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
  • Strong communication and coordination skills across field and office
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Ownership mindset — someone who can step in, take responsibility, and run work
Additional Experience That Helps
  • Background in drywall, metal framing, or acoustic ceilings
  • Experience with estimating or takeoffs
  • Familiarity with construction software (Procore, OST, QuickBid, or similar)
 
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary: ~$70,000 – $90,000 (depending on experience)
