The Repair Technician supports the Sarasota Shop Team by delivering high-quality repairs, fast turnaround, and consistently meeting promise dates. This role ensures customer satisfaction through expert diagnostics, efficient repairs, and adherence to the Company’s mission to Create Loyal Customers
Core Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair hydraulic, electrical, gasoline, and diesel systems.
- Prepare accurate parts and labor estimates.
- Document failures clearly, including cause and correction.
- Grind bed knives, reels, and blades to customer specifications.
- Use computer systems for parts lookup, work documentation, and email communication.
- Read and interpret hydraulic/electrical schematics.
- Assemble new equipment per customer specs.
- Prepare demo, loaner, rental, and pre-owned units.
- Continuously learn through manuals, training, and hands-on experience.

Qualifications
- Skilled in maintenance and repair
- Ability to read/interpret schematics and work independently or in a team.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills; Spanish a plus.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to read instructions, manuals, and use measuring devices (calipers, feeler gauges, dial indicators, etc.).
