Overview

We're looking for an Industrial Engineer to support project engineering efforts, streamline manufacturing processes, and ensure products are built efficiently, on time, and within budget. This role will work closely with multiple departments to align technical requirements and improve manufacturability.

Key Responsibilities

• Review technical requirements in contracts and incorporate them into the manufacturing plan.
• Support “make or buy” decisions to determine the best approach for production.
• Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Recommend tooling, fixtures, and equipment needed for production.
• Work closely with engineers, project managers, and other departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure hardware is manufacturable while meeting schedule, budget, and technical standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering (or related field).
• At least 1 year of engineering experience in a heavy industrial environment.
• Strong computer skills, including ERP systems.
• Excellent time management, communication, and teamwork skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $65,000 – $80,000/year
• Job Type: Full-time | On-site | Monday-Friday, Day Shift (8 hours)
