Description

  • Provide field support on The Company’s equipment both inside and outside the assigned territory
  • Install, repair, remove, upgrade, and perform preventive maintenance with strong attention to detail and customer account management
  • Deliver “White Glove” customer service and maintain high-quality interactions with clients
  • Produce precise and detailed service reporting
  • Support installs, repairs, upgrades, preventive maintenance, workshop/show support, and equipment removals
  • Maintain proficiency in laser technology and ensure technical expertise is applied consistently
  • Maintain a repeat-call rate of 5% or less
  • Manage daily logistics, administrative tasks, and assigned responsibilities
  • Maintain personal inventory within a 5% variance
  • Support weekend work for trade shows, workshops, and customer repair needs; must be able to travel on Sunday evenings as needed for Monday service calls
  • Maintain strong, proactive communication with Dispatch, Regional Manager, and customers
  • Demonstrate strong customer service, technical repair skills, and evolving account management capability
Requirements:
  • Strong electronics troubleshooting background
  • Ability to work independently while managing heavy travel demands
  • Strong organizational skills for parts, inventory, and reporting
  • High level of professionalism and customer-focused mindset
Must-Have Skills, Experience, and Education:
  • Trade school certification, military technical certifications, or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in electronics troubleshooting
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and ability to represent The Company’s culture and values
  • Commitment to learning, developing corporate service skills, and transitioning military technical experience into a commercial environment

Nice-to-Have Skills, Experience, and Education:
  • Experience working with laser technology or medical/aesthetic equipment
  • Prior corporate field service experience
  • Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or related credentials (training support available)
