Description

We are seeking a Mobile Services Team Lead to lead our Mobile Repair Team and ensure exceptional service delivery. In this role, you will drive quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction across all repair operations, including warranty and billed work. You’ll coordinate with leadership, technicians, and service advisors to optimize workflow, meet KPI targets, and build a high-performing, motivated team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of Mobile Technicians and Admin Staff, fostering a positive and professional culture.
  • Monitor workloads, repair progress, and team performance to ensure first-time fixes and timely completion of service orders.
  • Conduct daily/weekly meetings, performance discussions, and monthly reviews focusing on KPIs, turn times, and service quality.
  • Develop Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and training schedules to enhance technician skills and department capabilities.
  • Collaborate with service advisors to improve customer experience and communicate repair status updates.
  • Interface with vendors and warranty administrators to manage claims, rework, and defective parts.

Must-Have Skills, Experience, and Education:
  • Minimum of high school diploma; vocational or technical training in Commercial Turf or related industry preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in mobile/commercial service, repair, or related field.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and administrative skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Advanced mechanical knowledge with strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
  • Proficient with Service Max, Microsoft Office Suite, and service repair systems.

Physical & Work Environment:
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, kneel, stoop, and reach; some exposure to moving mechanical parts, weather, and chemicals.
  • Office and shop work in climate-controlled environments.
