Responsibilities:
- Full P&L responsibility across production, engineering, quality and product development.
- Lead manufacturing operations with a focus on safety, compliance, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
- Develop and improve processes to enhance quality and reduce costs.
- Direct customer engagement to support quality and business development goals.
- Maintain and update process documentation.
- Participate in regular senior management meetings.
Must-Have Skills, Experience, and Education:
- B.S. in Engineering (Chemical Engineering preferred), Business, Ops Management
- 8+ years in manufacturing operations leadership.
- Strong organizational, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable interacting with all levels of customer organizations.
