• Mentor technicians daily, helping them grow their skills and confidence.

• Maintain a clean, safe, OSHA-compliant shop environment you’re proud of.

• Collaborate with service leadership, helping shape standards and processes

• Train, coach, and support both new and experienced techs

• Keep our repair standards top-tier while delivering a great customer experience.

• Attend manufacturer trainings and stay ahead of industry advancements.

• Help build and maintain a positive, winning shop culture.

• 5+ years experience in equipment repair, maintenance, and diagnostics

• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills

• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and guide a team through busy days

• Customer-first mindset with a positive, winning attitude

• Proficiency with diagnostic tools, safety protocols, and repair systems

• Tech-savvy with Service Max and MS Office (Spanish is a plus!)
