Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Blackstone, MA
Shift: Rotating schedule consisting of four 10-hour shifts per week, with additional overtime as needed.
Compensation: $40-50 Hr. based on experience + OT
Bonus: target bonus of 8%

Position Description:
Take charge of routine and emergency maintenance across critical plant systems—instrumentation, control, electrical, and mechanical—with minimal supervision. Expect to be part of an elite team that keeps operations running during weekends, holidays, and shift work.
Use your technical skills to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex issues on advanced plant systems—supporting a team that counts on precision and reliability.
Maintain and calibrate instrumentation that delivers real-time operational data for informed decision-making and rapid response.
Troubleshoot and repair plant electronics, pneumatic systems, analyzers, control systems (PLC/SCADA), and instrumentation—drawing from your experience in high-stakes environments.
Requirements:
Military technical training or trade school background (electrical, mechanical, or instrumentation specialties welcome).
5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in power plants, heavy industry, or equivalent military roles.
Strong understanding of LOTO, confined space, PPE, and operational safety protocols.
