Jen Canner has 8 years of experience in Professional Search, Training, Recruitment, and Business Development. Jen's expertise is in the Professional Search arena, focusing on High Level IT, Engineering, and Executive searches. Jen feels it is important when working with a candidate to build long-term relationship to grow and develop successful partnerships .

Born and raised in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, Jen earned her BS degree in consumer affairs and marketing, with an emphasis on business from The Ohio State University. Upon earning her degree, Jen worked in advertising in Chicago, as well as Real Estate and Marketing in Michigan. When an opportunity to start recruiting fell into her lap, she realized her true passion for recruiting and placing people in their desired jobs! In 2019, Jen moved to Florida and has continued to build long lasting relationships.

In her free time, Jen likes to volunteer for the American Foundation for Suicide prevention, as well as pediatric cancer foundations. She enjoys summering in Michigan, sporting events, playing with her dog, Watson, spending time with friends and family, and, most importantly, hanging out with her three nephews.
