FourBlock is a nation-wide community of veterans and employers dedicated to transforming the veteran transition process. The organization was founded by Mike Abrams, a Marine Corps veteran, who was inspired to create an organization that would support transitioning veterans with finding their purpose so that they can have a positive impact in their communities.
FourBlock equips transitioning service members, veterans, and military spouses to successfully transition to meaningful civilian careers through its comprehensive suite of in-person and online career readiness programming. It's flagship Veteran Career Readiness Program provides the professional development, career exploration, and network that today's veterans need to make the right career choices and to be ready for competitive careers. In partnership with companies and organizations across the country, FourBlock has helped more than 2,500 veterans nationwide to maximize their career potential and prepare for meaningful new careers after military service.
