Dustin Little
Novotus is proud to announce that Dustin Little has been promoted to a new role within Orion Talent - Director, Candidate Delivery, Strategic Programs. Little, who has 20+ years of proven Talent Acquisition experience, joined the Novotus team in 2016 as the Director of Talent Solutions, where he has successfully led a team of recruiting professionals focused on special projects, retained and contingency search and interim solutions.

In his new role at Orion, Little will lead business development and growth, account management, program delivery and expansion through sales, marketing, solution creation, planning, and execution. With experience including global staffing industry leaders and Novotus, Little will bring unique skills, insight, and perspective to this role at Orion.

A few fun things about Orion Talent's new Director, Candidate Delivery, Strategic Programs:

  1. Hometown: Pasadena, TX
  2. First Job: Little had the pleasure of cleaning ashtrays, spraying disinfectant in rental shoes, and resetting bowling pins at the local bowling center! He was fortunate and advanced hastily to "Assistant Lead Ashtray Porter."
  3. Current Playlist: Joe Cocker, Bob Marley, and the Talking Heads
  4. Destined for the business of providing Talent Acquisition services? Many indicators point to YES, including the fact that Dustin purchased his first briefcase (garage sale) at age 10. He mended the tears, polished it up, neatly packed his books and "important papers" each day, and crisply snapped opened the lid when called to the front of the classroom to present his assignments. A business super fan/geek was born.
