After an hour long conversation with Rob Gumpper about my goals and the type of civilian career path I was interested in, he was quick to get me rolling for setting up interviews. Rob was very kind and showed that he was very sincere in helping me find a job. He listened to all my needs and never steered me in the wrong direction.

I am now a Territory Sales Manager for Michelin North America in their Truck Division. I believe the parallel between this job and my Army Reserve job is that I will be dealing with transportation fleets and managing support for the fleets. It is very similar to managing a platoon of large military trucks.

My experience with Orion has been very positive. They were very easy to deal with compared to other recruiting firms. Most importantly, my needs were not altered, nor was I given any false information about the job. I truly believe that they are looking out for my best interest.
