Orion International was an excellent company to work with, and I think other transitioning military members would be remiss to not at least give them a chance. Orion exceeded all the expectations that I had for using a recruiting company. They were the only recruiting company that I found that actually cared about what I had to say.

Other ones would just send me emails multiple times for the same position while Tony Hoffman, my Orion recruiter, talked to me directly. Tony is a great guy that I would recommend to anyone transitioning out of the military. His dedication and sincerity in recruiting are what made me want to work only with Orion transitioning out of the military.
