I was hesitant at first to make the six hour trip to Chicago for what I thought was ‘another job fair’. But, am I glad I did. Todd Phillips and his team put on an exceptionally professional event with incredible coaching and several world class companies. From the conference, I had more interviews than my schedule allowed, and it really created a candidate driven job market for me. Todd was there as a coach throughout the process and his expertise and experience was a real difference maker. I will always be thankful to Todd and Orion for providing a smooth transition into civilian life for myself and my family.
