Field Manager Leadership Development Program

Midwest
US Army, O-3

Orion and Todd Phillips have a great team that, while working mostly in the background, makes the process seamless. I was treated with great respect, and they took the time to take me through dry runs and teach me how to interview and write my resume properly. I was definitely listened to, as well, as my background and hobbies played a huge factor in my opportunities list. Orion really exceeded other firms by taking the time to personalize the recruiting plan to me. I did not feel like just another number; I felt as if I was the only one they were working with.

Most of my Orion interviews came from a Hiring Conference, where I had seven initial interviews. Throughout the next two weeks, I was called back to three locations. I then received two offers, and accepted one of those. I am now in the training program with Walther Farms and am training to become a Field Manager for the leading potato grower in the country. In about five years or so, I will be on my own as a Farm Manager with many Field Managers working with me. Basically, it equates to being a Company Commander for a logistics company.

If anyone is looking for a civilian position, this is amazing. I cannot express how painless and successful the process was. I am now living my dream doing what I love and making a difference in a new setting. Please let these great people help with your employment search!
