As I complete my first week with Amazon.com, I wanted to say thank you to Orion International for this tremendous opportunity. I received the best compliment today from my senior manager. He shared with me that at yesterday's all-hands meeting, he was pleasantly surprised to hear the unexpected loud applause from the associates as I was formally introduced to the team. He stated that what impressed him and the rest of the leadership team the most was my enthusiasm and positive energy. It seems the associates have responded well to that, too.

I remember at the beginning of this process, you made it clear how important it was to determine the right ‘fit’ for me. Now I understand the value of that statement, and I appreciate your emphasis. I do feel like Amazon.com is right for me. Thank you, Orion, for your hard work on finding me a really great position.
