David Dawson was my Orion recruiter. Exceptional does not begin to describe the work he does. He coached and mentored me through some of the difficulties I was having in certain areas. Overall, I felt in great hands with David and his coaching. He would reassure me about my strengths when it was difficult to see them. He was relentless in his pursuit of helping me find a career; and not just any career, but a career that would fit me and my likes and dislikes.
