Go to end ⇓We are looking for an Electrical Engineer who will help us advance our electrical products, systems, and applications. The electrification of everything starts with amazing people.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop electrical system components, including circuit boards, wiring, and power systems.
- Test and evaluate electrical systems to ensure they meet specifications and performance requirements.
- Develop manufacturing processes according to global engineering codes and standards.
- Manage engineering projects and deliver them on time.
- Work with renewable energy sources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and develop solutions.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement repairs or modifications.
- Monitor maintenance and inspection plans.
- Conduct research on emerging electrical technologies and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Document design specifications, procedures, and test results.
Must-Have Skills, Experience, and Education
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing and testing electrical systems.
- Advanced mathematical skills.
- Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices.
- Proficient in CAD, EPLAN, Met LAB software, and electrical engineering simulation tools.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations for electrical safety and performance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Strong time-management and task-prioritization skills.
- Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated on advancements in electrical engineering.
Nice-to-Have Skills, Experience, and Education
- Experience working with renewable energy sources or advanced battery systems.
- Experience supporting manufacturing environments or large-scale electrical projects.
- Exposure to field service, product development, or clean-energy technologies.
