As a vital role charged with the management of both people and processes, the Warehouse Manager will be responsible for all phases of the warehousing operations. The selected individual will manage a team of employees who are performing a wide variety of shipping/receiving and  inventory management activities. • Maintain and manage email distribution lists for marketing campaigns

Market Research & Analytics

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership on marketing performance

Events, Promotions & Partnerships

• Plan and manage trade shows, customer events, and company-sponsored activities
• Oversee promotional items, branded merchandise, and employee apparel
• Manage co-op marketing programs and vendor/OEM partnerships

Operational & Administrative Oversight

• Develop and manage marketing budgets
• Oversee signage, facility branding, vehicle branding, and point-of-sale materials
• Manage phone system messaging (scripts and recordings)
• Supervise and develop marketing team members

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of progressive marketing experience
• Strong experience with digital marketing and website management
• Proven ability to lead branding initiatives and large-scale projects
• Experience managing budgets and cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Work Environment & Travel

• Multi-location oversight across South Carolina and Florida
• Travel required between locations, trade shows, and events
