Position Description:

Reporting to the Head of Global Supply Chain Management, the Director of Global Supply Chain Planning & Analysis will provide strategic and tactical leadership to a global team ensuring all operational and financial objectives are met while fostering a culture of collaboration, quality, and continuous improvement to support the company’s commitment to meet customer requirements and exceed their expectations. You will be responsible for developing and executing a Global Supply Chain Planning vision and strategy. This strategy will encompass best practices across the demand and supply planning operations on a global scale, with a primary focus on exceeding customer service levels, optimizing working capital, improving forecast accuracy, and enhancing profitability.

Responsibilities include:

Recruit, retain, and continually develop a high-performing global team of 15-20 supply chain professionals.
Lead the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, fostering collaboration to drive consensus/decisions
Plan and drive improvement initiatives to continuously enhance the capabilities, efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and responsiveness of the Planning department globally.
Develop and execute demand forecasting strategies and processes to accurately predict product demand, optimize finished goods (FG) inventory levels, and minimize stock-outs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate demand planning, inventory control, and replenishment strategies, taking into account varying market dynamics and customer preferences.
Drive the cross-functional review process to regularly evaluate and disposition FG’s for potential life cycle progression to minimize the impact of FG obsolescence on inventory and financial performance.
Develop and execute supply planning strategies and processes which effectively balance customer demand, inventory productivity, and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with Sourcing, Quality, Sales, and Operations to deliver required service levels, targeted inventory levels, and other key operational objectives, considering demand inputs, customer / NPI requirements, and manufacturing and supply constraints.
Optimize inventory levels to minimize excess and obsolete inventory while ensuring timely customer order fulfillment and minimizing backorders.
Develop and maintain robust analytical models and tools to analyze global supply chain data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
Utilize statistical methods, data visualization, and other advanced techniques, to evaluate global supply chain performance and support decision making at strategic and tactical levels.
Proactively identify and quantify potential global supply chain risks and vulnerabilities.
Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, contingency plans, and business continuity measures to ensure uninterrupted supply chain operations that support customer service level objectives.
Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with x-functional teams globally to streamline processes and enhance overall SC performance.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor supply chain performance.
Regularly evaluate performance against targets, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure annual objectives are being met.
Provide regular and ad hoc reporting to management on key objectives, initiatives, supply chain metrics / KPI’s, and other areas as required.
Communicate/drive strategic plan/goals/objectives and KPI’s across team - ensure alignment/understanding
Regularly review and assess performance metrics of the team against targeted objectives - take proactive measures to ensure department and organizational goals are achieved.
Build organizational capabilities and improve performance through personnel development plans, mentoring, cross-training and succession planning.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, continuous learning, accountability, and a sense of urgency within the team and its processes.
Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations, promoting a strong ethical and responsible approach to supply chain planning and analysis.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Materials Management, Engineering or similar field.
10+ years’ experience in supply chain planning & analysis, forecasting, operations, and/or supply management.
5+ years directly leading demand and/or supply planning within a manufacturing environment.
Experience in an electrical/electronics manufacturing environment - RF/Microwave and ICs preferred.
Excellent leadership and people management skills with ability to inspire and retain a diverse global team.
Demonstrated track record of driving process improvements, working capital optimizations, and operational efficiencies in a global supply chain environment. 
Extensive knowledge of global supply chain management principles, including demand forecasting, production scheduling, inventory optimization, logistics, and sourcing.

Position Description:

A Boiler Service Technician – Apprentice is required to troubleshoot industrial and commercial boilers and associated burner/control systems as well as all ancillary equipment. R.F MacDonald Co. represents product lines such as Cleaver Brooks, Fulton, Camus, Industrial Combustion and others.

Have 1 to 7 years of experience in troubleshooting and servicing boilers from light commercial to industrial water- tube and Cogeneration applications.
Hands on ability for combustion set up and analysis as well as troubleshooting skills to determine and adjust a full range of burners from .5 to 30 million BTU/HR input.
Experience with Low Emission burners and related equipment is a plus but not a requirement.

Accountable for the completion of internal and external inspections of boilers, burners, and associated controls that determine function ability and expected service life.
Repair and/or replace refractory, gaskets, parts, and miscellaneous controls.

Evaluate basic boiler room systems (steam and hydronic), gather information and help solve problems.
Understanding of all types of hot water and steam boiler support equipment to include deaerators, feed systems, blow down systems, economizers and waste heat recovery equipment. Experience with low emission burners and related equipment is a plus.
Instrument calibration experience and education with hands on experience is a plus. Meters, loop controllers, transmitters and thermocouples are everyday instruments in use with this equipment, ideal candidate will posses knowledge in troubleshooting, installing and calibrating these types of instruments and controls utilizing the latest in calibration instruments.
