Position Description:
The Maintenance Technician will be assisting with repairing, maintaining, installing, and troubleshooting industrial equipment, systems and components including, but not limited to, washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyor systems; assisting with performing preventive/predictive maintenance; resolving safety concerns; performing indoor and outdoor housekeeping; monitoring inventory supplies and maintaining maintenance records.

Requirements:
• Previous maintenance experience, particularly in industrial processing equipment
• Mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic/hydraulic troubleshooting and repair skills
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics and blueprints
• A team player who possesses an excellent attitude
• Active Driver’s License
• Beneficial skills/knowledge: boiler systems, HVAC, welding

Position Details:
The Driver / Field Service Representative is responsible for the maintenance, cleaning, delivery and pick up of Company medical equipment that is used on rental basis by local hospitals and nursing homes. This position is based in our Milwaukee, WI service center but will involve local driving to and from the medical facilities within the territory using company vehicles.

Day-to-Day Functions:
• Prepare medical equipment and documentation for delivery
• Load and unload medical equipment
• Drive 26 foot box truck to make deliveries and pick-ups
• Process delivery and pick-up documentation as required
• Maintain vehicle appearance by ensuring all routine vehicle maintenance is completed and records maintained
• Clean and disinfect medical equipment to Company quality standards
• Present highest level of customer etiquette in all patient/customer interactions
Shift or Travel: Typically, first shift hours. Occasional overnight travel if needed (up to 20%) within region to support clients sites (i.e., hospitals). Travel expenses covered by company as needed.
Compensation: $20- $22/hour plus $3,500 sign-on bonus, OT, performance bonus, and on-call bonus

Position Details:
The Sr. Field Service Associate/Driver provides day-to-day oversight at the company’s Williston, VT service center and facilitates the delivery, pickup, maintenance, cleaning, and quality processing of company medical equipment. The selected service professional will assist the Territory Service Manager (TSM) in the oversight of company employees – providing work assignments for daily activities and tracking service center metrics. Also involved in compliance-related activities such as self-inspections and infection control to conform to, support, and enforce all company policies and procedures.
Day-to-Day Functions:
• Facilitate Williston team’s delivery and placement of critical care medical equipment in area hospitals.
• Lead internal and external audits
• Inventory of products and parts for the service center. Monthly asset inventories within the service center.
• Drive a company fleet vehicle (box truck or van) to conduct field activities as needed
• Participate in on-call and holiday work requirements as needed
• Assist in preparation and distribution of required reports

Position Description | Senior Process Engineer
As the Senior Process Engineer, you will play a key role in the Injection Molding, Devices, and Biosurgery Operations. Primary focus will be on implementing continuous improvement, new business, and capacity expansion projects. Additional focus will also be on manufacturing equipment reliability and process support work within the Injection Molding, Devices, and Biosurgery Operations. Cross-functional project management will be involved in this role as well.

Additional Responsibilities Include:
• Design/modify precision assembly and/or manufacturing equipment.
• Prepare estimates for various tasks and projects.
• Manage capital projects both directly and through coordinating engineers.
• Drive Continuous Improvement Activities.
• Interface with plant and corporate groups as well as contractors and vendors.
• Manage start-up, debug, and commission of new manufacturing processes.
• Equipment life cycle management including upgrades, replacement, and decommissioning.
• Product life cycle management including product design changes, material changes, Supplier Notice of Change (SNC) assessments, specification changes, etc.
• Provide technical support/troubleshooting to all plant departments.
• Demonstrate proactive communication and problem solving.
• Responsible for supporting and achieving Value Improvement Projects (VIP’s).
• Responsible for always adhering to FDA Design Control standards.
• Responsible for adhering to and maintaining all department Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), forms, and logbooks.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical) as well as 5 years or more of Engineering / Manufacturing experience. FDA manufacturing experience is preferred, as well as programming/troubleshooting experience with automation controls, automated assembly, control systems, PLC’s, HMI’s, servo’s, and vision inspection systems. Lastly, Plastics experience such as: plastic bottle blow molding, plastic component injection molding, liquid silicone molding, or film/tubing extrusion and design software experience (AutoCAD, Solid Works, etc.) is also preferred.
