Description
What You'll Be Doing
- Troubleshoot and repair automated manufacturing equipment
- Diagnose equipment and product issues (mechanical + electrical)
- Perform preventative maintenance and reduce downtime
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives
- Work across production teams to solve real-time problems
What You'll Be Working On
- Automated cutting tables, welders, motors, drives
- Large-scale test systems (~30 ft equipment)
- Mix of legacy and newer automated systems
- Fast-paced production environment with real-time troubleshooting
Must-have Skills, Experience, & Education
- 3+ years of hands-on technical / maintenance experience
- OR technical degree (3.0 GPA if degreed)
- Strong troubleshooting ability (electrical + mechanical)
- Ability to read schematics and diagnose issues
- Mechanical aptitude — able to tear down and rebuild equipment
- Comfortable working independently and on a team
