Title: Field Service Engineer
Location: New Orleans, LA
Shift: 7am-4pm Monday-Friday
Compensation: $70k-80k, +OT, +Per Diem, +Mileage

Travel: 50%, project type and length vary. 40% in office, 10% from home

Position Description:
As the Field Service Engineer, you will perform the Installation, integration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of a complete range of high-end electronic communication equipment for the Maritime and Energy industry. You will report to the National Sales Manager to support the installation of equipment sold. When not in the field you will work out of the New Orleans office. Travel to shipyards and vessels primarily in the Gulf of Mexico accounts for 50% of your time.
Requirements:
• Must live within 1hr of New Orleans
• 2+ years of electronics installation, repair, and troubleshooting experience
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics
• Willing to work in harsh environments such as shipyard or floating vessel
• Able to lift 50lbs on occasion
