You are responsible for:
  • Operate production equipment (conformal coat, plasma washer, oven, etc.…)
  • Able to perform all tasks in the Mechanical Assembly operation (wash, bake, underfill, masking, curing, demasking and cleaning/touch up, enhanced mechanical, selective solder and depanel)
  • Apply under fill and masking material according to specifications and under simulated conditions.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly production goals
  • Communicate effectively to leadership regarding issues/status/performance during a given shift
  • Maintains an effective relationship with Quality and Engineering teams to ensure production goals are met
  • Performs a wide variety of electrical/mechanical product assembly operations on components, assemblies or sub-assemblies.
  • Prepares assembly work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions and following blueprint specifications
  • Populate PCB’s from Work Instructions and Assembly Drawings / Bills of Material
  • Assembles components by positioning parts and sub-assemblies examining connections for correct fit, and fastening parts and sub-assemblies
  • Install, assemble, and inspect electronic components during product assembly with a focus on Mechanical Assembly, per documented work instructions
  • Interpreting Job Routers, written instructions, and schematic drawings for assembly of electronics.
  • Performing a variety of inspections with a focus on Mechanical Assembly operation to ensure assembly meet/exceed IPC standards.
  • Performing pass downs with outgoing/incoming shifts.
  • Using hand and/or power tools, and assembly palettes.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
  • Typically 0-3 years in an electronics mechanical assembly or inspection role or similar position
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must have meticulous hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
  • Knowledge of ESD (electrostatic discharge) procedures
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule in order to meet production and customer needs
 Preferred Requirements:
  • Experience with a focus on through hole, press fit, and depanel applications
  • Must be detail oriented and able to multitask
  • IPC-610 CIS
  • OT is available and encouraged

Job Summary:
 
In this role, the work being supported ensures the quality of our products meets the high demand requirements of the aerospace industry. Position supports incoming inspection, in-process, and final inspection. Generating non-conforming material records in our Manufacturing Execution System. Perform incoming inspection, in-process inspection, and final inspection to ensure that company standards are met. 
 
Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform inspection of product/subassemblies to requirements as specified in documentation during incoming, in-process, and final inspection.
  • Perform inspection of PCBA, fabricated mechanical parts, and cables but not limited to visual and dimensional inspection.
  • Perform inspection of purged product as requested.
  • Enter inspection results into manufacturing execution system

Job Summary:

 
The Senior Electronic Assembler works under moderate supervision and performs the various tasks necessary to assemble micro-electronic assemblies for production. The Assembler will also perform standard assembly, die bonding, wire bonding, and installation steps for the components required in production line assemblies. Responsible for the performance, operations and
maintenance of simple-cycle combustion turbine technologies and generating

Job Duties:
  • Responsible for daily plant operations and maintenance to

    senior management, owners, regulatory authorities and other agencies to assure

Requirements:
  • Experience in operation or maintenance of an operating
    commercial power production facility, a large natural gas facility, or
    combustion turbine driven naval vessel.

Removal and installation of hull treatment and non-metallic coatings on United States Navy nuclear-powered submarines. Position requires a willingness to learn, dependability, and the ability to think critically.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure work is done safely and meets quality standards.

Ability to perform carpentry-type duties to include use of manual tools, power tools, and building of containments.

Read and interpret documents as necessary, such as operating and maintenance manuals, safety rules and regulations, procedure manuals, etc.

May prepare molds and templates for fabrication of hull treatment.

Maintain a clean work environment where coatings work is being performed.

Mixing of different types of solvent and adhesive materials.

Key Responsibilities:
